Prices

The initiating price is 1000$ per meter taking into consideration that buying an off-plan property is always accompanied with a change in prices as the project is heading towards its delivery. The prices are more competitive when you buy at the first stages of its building, while the prices increase as the project is taking progress towards the delivery.
